  • CAN I WAIT SOMEWHERE TO CATCH THE BUS?

    We are an On-Demand service so every ride is initiated with a phone call.  We do not have any fixed routes or specific bus stops.  You can call us at (906) 932-2523 extension 1 to schedule a ride.

  • HOW MUCH EXTRA TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?

    On Demand Service can be compared to taxi service with the exception that several additional customer pick-ups and drop-offs may be made prior to arriving at your destination. Every effort is made to keep waiting time at a minimum.

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE?

    We may not be able to accommodate, but we will give it every effort. 


  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

    There is no age limit. However, for very young children they must be accompanied by a guardian. Give us a call and we can go over our Child Rider Policy with you.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CAREGIVER?

    Caregivers ride for free while escorting their patient. We need to know  in advance if a caregiver will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?

    You are important to us, we will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays. There may be a wait but we will get you to your destination.
