Exact fare is required upon boarding.  Drivers cannot make change: Fare is $1.50 one way.

Please do not tamper with vehicle and/or transit equipment, as it may be needed to help you someday.

Pre -schedule your trips 24 hours in advance, if at all possible

Call when you must cancel a prearranged ride.

Pets must be in a proper carrier. Service animals are exempt as they are not considered pets.

Allow drivers leeway when waiting for your bus due to bad weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Please be prompt and ready to board bus when it arrives.  Drivers will only wait 3 minutes after schedule time.

Reasonable hygiene is expected; please do your best to not offend others.

Please use courtesy with the driver and other passengers. No loud, rude, or profane language will be permitted.

No use of tobacco, alcohol and/or possession of illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the bus.

Food and drinks must be in a closed spill-proof container. Refrain from eating on the bus.

Plan for a longer trip than if by auto.

Please understand we must accommodate all riders; some bags may be limited.

For the safety of all riders, please wait until the driver has stopped driving to ask questions.

Gogebic County Transit Services reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who violate our ridership policies, engage in violent, destructive or unruly behavior, or for reasons that threaten the safety and welfare of other passengers or damage to our vehicles.
